Tuesday October 25th: Here we go again ! All packed and ready for departure tomorrow for my 11th visit to Nepal. Our first visit, in 1989, was meant to be 'The trip of a lifetime' - instead it was the start of a lifetime of trips !
I'm not looking forward to the journey - lift to Minehead, another to Taunton, bus to Heathrow, Emirates Air to Dubai then to Doha, and Qatar Air to Kathmandu, unfortunately arriving 36 hours after I start out, but I'm confident that once I wake up on Friday in the Kathmandu Guest House all will be forgiven !
